Yes, tablet weaving is my passion! Each braid is woven with great attention to detail and with great craftsmanship by myself. For me, nothing is purchased. Only where it says Wollhex® also perfect Wollhex-quality is inside!

Your wish is granted!

 

The material and the colours are freely selectable. That means you like a braid that you like, but rather you want to have it made in linen or silk, then I’d be happy to customize it in a very short time! Blue is not your color? It should rather be red? Even that is possible, then the braid will be woven just for you in your choice of color.
(Almost) anything goes!

First wash, then sew!

 

All trims will be delivered with a addition of centimeters, because they can shrink a little in the first wash. Therefore, please wash all the trimmings off before you even sew. Any deliveries include the care tips in short form. Here you can find the detailed care tips.

  Wollhex® customers are smart! Register, fill in forms, so tiresome and time consuming! We don’t want that for you!! Personal contact with my clients is very important to me, so there's no anonymous shop with us.

Is payment possible on account or by cash?

 

No, we deliver only against prepayment! Delivery against invoice, we can only offer museums and German authorities. Thank you for your understanding.

Typos and Errors

 

Yes, it can also sneak in with me. Although I admit a lot of effort to check everything, because still applies: for typing errors and priceannouncing, I assume no liability.

Do you also deliver to a different address (different from the billing address)?

 

Of course I deliver your braid to any desired address. May then increase the postage, I let you know right away! I would nevertheless expressly point out that Hermes NOT delivers DHL to packing stations.

How long will the delivery take?

 

Unless the border is in stock, delivery takes about 2 days with post, at Hermes between 2 to 5 days. For this purpose, I assume no warranty. For foreign countries other than Germany I can not make any secure statement. Most of the time the braids are with you within a few days. For this purpose, I assume no warranty

Is the shipment of my braids insured?

 

We offer only insured for shipping! Regardless, we helt each delivery to private customers the full delivery risk – so this said in the German law

How do I know how to pay?

 

You will receive an email after the order with the invoice as a PDF document. Here you’ll find the bank account noted
